GLOW Inc. provides tailored educational programs, workforce development, mentorship, academic support, and housing to young women, ages 14-24, in marginalized communities and foster care systems.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
We offer customized educational curriculum focused the life skills needed to be self-sufficient and lead productive lives
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
We offer career counseling, job readiness training, and job placement services to help young women explore various career paths and overcome barriers of employment.
MENTORSHIP
We establish connections between young women and positive, professional role models who advocate for and support them in achieving their goals and making informed, healthy decisions.
ACADEMIC SUPPORT
We provide both virtual and in-person tutoring services to assist young women in improving their academic performance.
